Executive impact,
fractional overhead.
Fractional, interim and part-time C-suite leadership is now a normal way to run a growing business. What almost nobody publishes is what it actually costs where you are, how the employment and permit rules change the answer, and which firm you should be talking to. That is what this is for.
We are not a search firm and we hold no bench. We introduce you to one local specialist and they pay us a fee — here is exactly how that works.
Where to start
Three ways in, depending on what you already know.
By function
CFO, COO, CTO, CMO, CRO, CHRO — what each one actually does on a part-time mandate, and when you need one.
If you know the problemBy situation
Raising, entering a market, turning it around, scaling past the founder, succession, preparing to sell.
If you know the marketBy city
The tax, severance, permit and cost reality in 24 cities across Asia and the Gulf.
The part nobody publishes
What a fractional executive costs, by market.
Every provider dodges this question, because quoting a range constrains their own pricing. We have no pricing to protect, so here it is — updated quarterly.

Roles
Six functions, bought part-time.
Fractional CFO
Cash, controls, reporting and the numbers investors and lenders will actually believe.
COOFractional COO
Turning a business that works because people try hard into one that works because it is designed to.
CTOFractional CTO
Technical judgment for companies whose product decisions have outgrown their engineering.
CMOFractional CMO
Positioning, pricing and demand generation — owned by someone senior enough to say no.
CROFractional CRO
A repeatable commercial engine, rather than a founder who happens to be good at selling.
CISOFractional CISO
Security leadership for companies whose customers and regulators have started asking questions they cannot answer.
CHROFractional CHRO
Employment structure, senior hiring and the people risk nobody looks at until it is expensive.
Cities
24 markets, each with its own arithmetic.
Severance in Bangkok runs to 400 days of uncapped wages. In Vietnam it is close to nothing. Singapore’s COMPASS framework can make a full-time foreign hire impossible at any salary. The reason to hire fractionally is different in every market, and it is worth knowing which reason applies to yours.
Situations
Or start from what is actually happening.
Raising capital
Getting the numbers, the story and the data room to a standard an investor will not pick apart.
Entering a new market
Structure, entity, licensing and the local obligations that are cheap to get right and expensive to retrofit.
Turnaround and restructuring
Stabilising cash, renegotiating the balance sheet and rebuilding the reporting the board lost confidence in.
Scaling past the founder
Building the structure that lets a business grow without everything routing through one person.
Family business and succession
Professionalising governance without displacing the family that built the business.
Sustainability and CBAM reporting
The reporting burden that arrives from a customer in Europe or a regulator at home, long before you chose to take it on.
Preparing for an exit
Making the business legible to a buyer, eighteen months before you need to.
Tell us what is going on.
We will come back within a working day, usually with a question or two, and then introduce you to one firm in your market that does this properly. If a fractional hire is the wrong answer for you, we will say so — that page exists too.
