Privacy and data

What we collect, and who it goes to.

Short, because there is not much of it. We are a referral business, so the only personal data we hold is what you type into the enquiry form.

What we collect

Your name, job title, company, email address and any telephone number you give us, together with the details of your situation, the page you submitted from, the country your request came from, and the date and time of your consent.

We never collect or hold details of individual executives or candidates. There is no talent database here and there will not be one.

Who it goes to

Your details are provided to one executive search or advisory firm in your market so that it may contact you about its services. That firm becomes an independent controller of your data from the point we pass it on, and is bound by a written agreement covering its use.We receive a fee from that firm for the introduction. We do not provide your details to anyone else, and we do not sell, rent or publish lists.

Because that transfer is a provision of personal data to a third party for its own direct marketing, and because we are paid for it, we ask for your specific consent on the form rather than burying it in these terms. Consent version 2026-08-v1 is recorded against every enquiry with a timestamp.

Where it is held

Enquiries are stored in our customer records system and transmitted by email to us. Data may be processed outside your country, including in Hong Kong, Thailand and the United States where our service providers operate. Where a transfer requires them, standard contractual clauses are in place.

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

• Withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge
• Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy
• Have it corrected, or deleted
• Ask us not to pass your details to any firm
